In 1996, Arrowview Heights was annexed into the City of Port Alberni, including Arrowsmith Reservoir, forested areas, and residential development. It’s accessible via Highway 4 through Victoria Drive and Third Avenue via Burde Street. A significant portion of the neighbourhood, approximately 29 hectares, consists of Pacific Mayfair Estates, an upcoming sustainable development with various housing options, community facilities, parks, and amenities.
